Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping rate is as follows: All orders under $50 (in product) ship for $3.99, all orders above $50 (in product) ship free.

We ship items via US Mail, at our discretion we may ship via Priority Mail. Upon receiving an order we will ship it within 2 business days, but usually by the next business day. Items will be sent with delivery confirmation. Orders of $50 or more are insured as well.

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States or U.S. territories.

Privacy & Security

We will not use the information you provide for any purposes other than fulfilling your order and improving the site for customers and visitors. We do make use of analytics tools from Google. This data is used internally to provide a better user experience to our customers and visitors, including getting basic demographic and interest data. You may use Google's Opt-out Add-On to remove yourself from their analytics tracking and though we do not use their advertising platform at this time, you can manage their advertising settings as well.

Returns & Replacements

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after shipment will be treated as a return.
Returns may be made within 30 days of shipment. If we make an error, we will refund or exchange items at our expense. Other returns will be processed with a 10% restock fee, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. If a product is not in salable condition, no refund will be processed.

Product Information

We list all of our HeroClix as Used. We consider them used because they are not in original packaging. So, in our mind there are very few single HeroClix that can be considered New. There are pieces for sale on the site that have been played we do not separately identify those pieces, but if there are any damage issues, we will pass that information along.
We may have typographical errors on our site (all of the our information is entered by hand).  If you spot an error please let us know by using the Contact Us link on the bottom of the page. We'll check it out and get it fixed.

Ordering

Ordering can be done online using Credit Card or PayPal Checkout. You may place your order using existing balances, credit cards or direct debit via those services. Due to the nature of PayPal, we do not process orders by phone, fax or mail.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments using BrainTree Credit Card Processing or Paypal Web Payments. We will finalize any charges when your order is ready to ship.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Promotions typically last while supplies last.

Viewing Orders

You can view orders on our site that were placed using our store accounts. Using PayPal may provide you opportunities to view your order through external means. To view orders placed using our store account click the My Account link at the top of the page.
